Privacy Policy

1. Controller

Responsible for data processing on this website is:
Digital Mastery GmbH
Birkenstr. 2
82346 Andechs
contact@digital-mastery.family

2. The principle of our app

The answers you give in the app stay on your devices. They are not uploaded to our servers. Sharing happens only when you initiate it yourself via QR code from one device to another.

3. Server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically processes information such as IP address, date and time of access (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This serves secure and stable operation. Hosting provider: Replit, Inc., 767 Bryant St. #203, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

4. Support and contact form

If you contact us via our support form at support.digital-mastery.family, we collect the personal data you provide (e.g. name, email address and the content of your message). We process this data solely to get in touch with you, handle your request and keep it as a reference for follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (handling your request) and our legitimate interest in efficient communication (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Personal data from the support form is periodically deleted automatically. You can also request the deletion of your data at any time — an informal message to contact@digital-mastery.family is enough.

5. Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no cross-device tracking and no advertising cookies. For audience measurement we use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that works without cookies (see section 6). No consent is therefore required and no cookie banner is shown.

6. Analytics (Plausible)

To statistically analyse the use of this website we use Plausible Analytics, a service provided by Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia). Plausible works without cookies and without cross-device recognition. Only anonymised, aggregated data is collected (e.g. pages visited, approximate origin at country level, device type, referrer); no personal data is stored and no user profiles are created. Your IP address is only processed briefly for counting and is not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

7. Web fonts

The fonts used (Plus Jakarta Sans) are served locally from our own server. For font delivery there is no connection to Google Fonts, and for this purpose no IP address is transmitted to any third party.

8. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for advertising. Sharing only occurs with carefully selected processors that help us operate the website (hosting and the audience measurement by Plausible described in section 6), or where legally required.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
